Jessica Haber

Jessica specializes in supporting individuals throughout the perinatal journey—from fertility and pregnancy to the first year postpartum. She believes everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their experiences during this significant life stage. Recognizing the many challenges and unknowns that can arise, Jessica emphasizes the importance of compassionate, professional support. Her priority is to help clients feel validated and empowered with the tools and strategies they need to cope and thrive. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach, drawing on a range of modalities and evidence-based interventions.

Jessica earned her Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. She is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), and has received specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. In addition to her private practice at Rooted, Jessica also works as a perinatal social worker with the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team.
