Mental Health Check-In
Am I Okay?
We’ve all found ourselves wondering, “am I okay?” Maybe you’re feeling more anxious than usual, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself. Instead of relying on Google at 2 a.m., book a 30-minute Mental Health Check-In with one of our therapists. During this one-on-one conversation, we’ll learn more about what you’ve been experiencing, answer your questions, and help you determine whether therapy, or another form of support, is the right next step.
Whether you’re navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting or another stage of your perinatal mental health journey, we’re here to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and what support may be most helpful.
During your mental health check-in, we will:
Learn about your current concerns, symptoms, and experiences
Answer your questions about therapy, perinatal mental health, and emotional wellbeing
Discuss possible treatment options and recommendations
Help you determine the next steps that feel right for you
You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out. Our Mental Health Check-In offers a supportive, low-pressure space to gain clarity and decide on the next steps that feel right for you.
Whats is a Mental Health Check-In?
-
A Mental Health Check-In can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, noticing changes in your mood or anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, or simply wondering whether therapy would be beneficial. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support.
-
You can bring any concern related to your perinatal mental health or family-building journey. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, identity changes, or simply wondering if what you’re experiencing is “normal,” our therapists are here to help.
-
No. A Mental Health Check-In is a one-time, 30-minute appointment designed to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and explore possible next steps. If ongoing therapy would be beneficial, we’ll discuss your options together.

That’s okay. Many people seek support because they know something doesn’t feel right, even if they can’t put it into words. Your Mental Health Check-In is a space to explore your concerns without pressure or expectations.
