Miscarriage & Pregnancy Loss Counselling
Holding Space for Your Grief
Experiencing a miscarriage, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or termination for medical reasons (TFMR) is deeply painful and personal. You may not find comfort in the support networks you typically rely on while you’re grieving the future you had imagined for your family.
Our therapists provide compassionate, trauma-informed miscarriage and pregnancy loss counselling, giving you space to grieve, process your experience and heal at your own pace.

After infant loss, it can be difficult to know where to take your grief. Friends and family often want to help, but you may worry about sharing too much, feel pressure to “move on”, or struggle to find people who truly understand. Therapy provides a confidential space to grieve openly, process your loss, and begin making sense of life moving forward.
-
There is no right way to grieve and you are going through the same loss in two very different ways. It makes sense that there will be differences. Couples counselling can help to ensure that the differences are respected, the lines of communication remain open, and that connection and support remain constant.
-
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. If you’re only now feeling ready to process your experience, it’s never too late to seek support.
-
Yes. Recurrent pregnancy loss can bring layers of grief, fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion that are difficult to put into words. Each loss is unique, and the emotional impact can build over time.
