Co-Owner & Director

Sarah Goodman, MSW, RSW, PMH-C is a registered social worker and mom who has spent more than a decade supporting parents through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Having become a mother during the COVID-19 pandemic and experiencing loss herself, she understands firsthand how overwhelming and isolating the journey can feel.

Sarah has supported families across a range of mental health and parenting concerns, was a leader in the creation of a perinatal mental health program at the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team, and also volunteers with Sunnybrook’s PAIL Network.

Sarah offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen and supported, and are able to learn new skills and perspectives. Sarah draws from CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, EFFT, and trauma- and attachment-informed approaches.

Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University and is recognized as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International.
